I’m an independant celebrant for couples who want something a little different. A ceremony that feels unmistakably you. In a place that means the world to you. I get to take everything that makes you, you. The big things, the small things, the ridiculous stories that your family have heard a thousand times, the questionable decisions, the things that your friends would recognise in half a second and the quiet moments that they absolutely wouldn’t…and I turn it all into a ceremony.
The result is something beautiful and thoughtful but with enough space for grounding, raised eyebrows, unexpected laughs and a tear or two…because I rather like the bits that make people smile and think ‘of course they did that.’
The Philosophy
These three words sit at the heart of every ceremony I write. They remind me to listen without assumption, to ask the questions that reveal the real story and to lead the room with warmth rather than performance.
Today that work is weddings and elopements. In time it will extend to celebrations of life, because the craft is the same: to hold a room, tell the truth beautifully, and let people feel something they will carry for years.

A limited amount of ceremonies each season so that every couple receives the same unhurried attention.
A fully bespoke ceremony written from scratch, including vows, symbolic rituals, readings and the quiet moments in between. Delivered anywhere from a Kentish barn to a cliff-edge in Amalfi.

It can transform the moment you arrive, fill a space with anticipation, bring an unexpected sense of drama or create the kind of stillness that gives everyone goosebumps. The right music becomes part of the memory.
After more than 30 years as a professional musician, I bring a unique understanding of how music can shape a moment. My career has taken me to some of the world’s great opera houses and concert halls, as well as film studios, television, radio and many beautiful weddings.
I would love to help you curate the musical atmosphere for your celebration, from the first notes your guests hear to the final moments of your ceremony. Together, we can create a sound that feels effortless, beautiful and entirely yours. And I can help connect you with exceptional musicians who will bring that vision to life.

The Experience
I get to know you over a cup of tea or a glass of champagne. We discuss what you have always dreamed your wedding would be like, what it would feel like and we work out how we can make it happen. You might want an intimate tea party on sofas, you might want to ride up the aisle on your horse. You don’t want to be given away or you want your ninety-two year old granny to give you away. You want the dreamy castle, the glittering forest at dawn or reading your vows at sunset on the beach where you spent your childhood summers.
There are no rules just countless dreams and ideas that we will build on.
On the day, you can just relax knowing that you are in safe hands. Your bespoke story told by someone who has spent many years learning how a room feels when a moment lands exactly right.

I’m based in Kent and regularly work across Kent and London. Travel within my usual area is included. If you’re taking me further afield, I’m very happy to come along for the ride — we’ll simply agree any additional travel costs with you beforehand.
